Was not as described either the colour ordered or the type of Fred perry. Will never use again as the first email from Customer services was very abrupt and rude, trying to make out it was my fault that the order wasn't correct and firstly would not take the tshirt back. Then a second email saying I would receive a refund he returned. Ended up giving it to a local charity for special needs teenagers. Terrible service and even worse customer services who need to learn the difference in Fred perry polo tops.
In fairness the order was for a blue polo shirt which is what you did received.Different shades of blue was never a order option .These reduced seconds have a proviso of lack of choice because of the random selection we are delivered & the realy cheep price .This was stated too.If you had contacted us before purchasing & requested a specific colour that would have been more helpful. Iam happy that you have given this lovely garment to someone who would appreciate it. Sorry for your negative experience.Regards.

My ordered M12s were substituted for a M3600 and a M3232. Whilst these were good quality they weren’t what had been advertised and I was told that substitutions were advised in the ad. I was under the impression that was substitute m12 colours not lesser versions than advertised. In addition the Ad indicated substitute items would be agreed before posting but that didn’t occur.
A real disappointment!
